We promise that if your trip is cancelled and you are entitled to a refund from your airline or hotel, we guarantee to refund the full amount that you are owed within a maximum of seven days. No cancellation fee, no fuss.
If either the travel firm has cancelled it due to COVID-19 guidelines or because you have cancelled it, you may be entitled to a refund on any flight, hotel, or flight+hotel booking. You can find out if your booking is eligible for a refund in the booking terms of your trip.
Covid travel restrictions

Due to COVID-19 limitations, most refunds for flights are issued within 12 weeks after cancellation. But some refunds could take a bit longer, depending on the airline. However, Orbzii will ensure we cover this refund for you with our 7-day refund guarantee.
Refunds for hotel bookings are processed as quickly as possible. However, Orbzii will always ensure you receive the refund within 7 days of cancellation.
Flight + Hotel
If your flight + hotel booking is cancelled by the travel firm, they will be required to process the refund within 14 days. However Orbzii will fast track this and ensure the money is refunded within 7 days of cancellation.
Non COVID-19 Cancellations
In other circumstances, i.e. where cancellations are not due to COVID-19 regulations, here’s everything you need to know about refunds:
- Some flight bookings are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the same day as booking. Cancellations must be made by 11:30 PM (GMT). Please call us on +44 20 8588 9503 to find out if this is possible for your flight booking.
- Some fares are non-refundable. If you cancel such a fare, you can only claim back the flight taxes. To claim these, please call us on +44 20 8588 9503.
- Most hotel rooms are fully refundable so long as you cancel before the hotel’s cancellation deadline. Please check your booking confirmation for more details.
- Some hotel rooms are non-refundable. If you have booked a non-refundable room, you will not receive a refund if you cancel the booking. Please check your booking confirmation for more details.
Flight + Hotel
- Flight + hotel holidays are generally non-refundable. If you cancel a flight + hotel booking, you can only claim back the flight taxes. To claim these, please call us on +44 20 8588 9503.
How refunds work
Regardless of the reasons why you might be eligible for a refund, here’s how it works:
- Orbzii may take up to 7 working days to process your refund, where eligible.
- Your Orbzii refund can only be returned back to your original method(s) of payment.
- Orbzii will email you a refund receipt containing the amount of your refund, including the how, and when you’ll get it.
- Please note that, once your refund has been processed by us, your financial institution may take up to 7 days to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles to show the credit on your statement.
